A high quality hot wax for colder snow conditions (-14°C to -4°C Holmenkol Beta Mix Red wax is also a good wax for use on synthetic snow such as in Snow Domes due to synthetic snows more abrasive nature. Comes in handy storage box, 3 x 35 gram blocks

Our Opinion

Another easy to apply wax from Holmenkol with hydrocarbon content. As a harder wax, it copes with lower temperatures with ease, and can be mixed with other Holmenkol hydrocarbon waxes to produce a finish for specific conditions.

Perfect, goes on easy and lasts well, use january onwards when its colder, lasts all week long with no loss of slip, recommend using to finish over world cup wax for final coat.

A brilliant wax

I used this wax in a temperature range of minus 18 - plus 7 degrees, it was on a advanced crosscountry skating week in the hills where you wanted every avalible glide just brilliant.
