We have a full workshop facility servicing skis and snowboards all year round, and a bicycle workshop facility too. We also have a very busy mail order division sending packets around the world processing orders online and on the telephone.
In addition we have our boot fitting lab, offering a diverse range of boot fitting services from footbeds through to foam injected liners and boot modifications.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
Administrator & Sales Support (Flexible Hours, Term Time Preferred)
Position Available From: Now
We are looking for someone to help with the day-to-day administration of the business, and to help with answering telephone enquiries.
As this is a flexible position, this may suit someone looking for term-time employment only, as our busiest period is from September to June, and we ideally would like someone in Monday to Friday. For the right candidate we will adapt the position to suit. The key responsiblities and duties will be:
Checking and entering dispatch notes and invoices onto our internal systems
Assisting the directors in keeping the financial elements of the business up to date
Answering telephone calls from customers
Assisting in making appointments for boot fittings and servicing
Some front of house work during busy periods
Any additional tasks that a customer focussed small business may require help with!
Don't worry if you are not a downhill skier or not looking to win the Tour De France, this is mainly an administrative position but full training will be given to support you.
Ski Boot Fitter (Part Time and Full Time Opportunities)
Position Available From: Flexible
We are looking for a new boot fitter to add to our existing team of fitters. Boot fitting can be a highly rewarding experience, and is great for those who enjoy talking to customers and helping them to get the best from the purchase. Of course, an ex worldcup boot fitter would be fantastic, but for the right candidate i.e someone who is interested in this role, or has a little experience already, we will be on hand along with our suppliers to give you comprehensive training before letting you lose on customer's feet and also as your fitting skills progress. We are fortunate to have strong links with SIDAS, who offer fantastic training not only on their footbeds and liners, but with some of the leading boot fitters in the world.
Key tasks will be:
Undertaking boot fittings for customers for boots sold in-store
Assisting customers with boots bought elsewhere requiring tweaking
Construction of footbeds for customers for a variety of sports including skiing and snowboarding
Helping to run the bootfitting diary in an orderly fashion
Assisting in front of house and workshop duties as required
Order Processing And Dispatch (Part Time Hours)
Position Available From: Now
We are looking for someone to help with processing our internet and telephone orders generated via our website. The role will also involve receiving orders from suppliers and putting the stock away ready to pick later.
As this is a flexible position, this may suit someone looking for part-time employment only, as our busiest period is from September to June, and we ideally would like someone in Monday to Friday. For the right candidate we will adapt the position to suit. The key responsiblities and duties will be:
Checking orders received to ensure nothing is out of stock
Picking orders and checking they are correct, and then packaging the orders
Processing postage and courier paperwork prior to shipping
Ensuring adequate packing materials are stocked and replenished
Some front of house work during busy periods
Any additional tasks that a customer focussed small business may require help with!
