SHIPPING

Shipping options are as follows for internet or telephone orders:

PLEASE NOTE: In the event of any industrial action by Royal Mail, we will ensure your package still reaches you by using our courier service Fedex, at no extra charge you yourself, or using premium Royal Mail services which still operate in the event of industrial action. Our Saver Shipping is not subject to this upgrade during industrial action, and your order will be held until action has finished. In the event of strike action we recommend using Standard or Priority shipping

STANDARD SHIPPING £3.50

Our standard shipping service normally uses Royal Mail Registered Post to get your order safely to you. PLEASE NOTE we use a signed service for your security, so please do specify delivery to your work address if you will not be in to sign for your order.

Our standard shipping and handling service normally takes 3-5 working days on items in stock

SAVER SHIPPING - £0.00

This is for shipping of items in the UK when you order over £50 of product. This service takes 5-7 days, and is not prioritised for picking during busy periods. If you are not in a hurry you can select this service, but if you need your order quickly we suggest you select Standard or Priority Shipping.

EXPRESS SHIPPING - £7.50

Our express shipping service is provided by FedEx, and is a signed for service. We strongly recommend that someone is in to receive your package and sign for it, or have it delivered to your place of work.

Our express shipping and handling service means that any orders received before PM of in-stock items will be shipped that day, and will reach you the next working day (For England, Wales, Please allow 2 working days for other UK regions)

ORDERS OVER 5 KG - £9.00

This is for shipping of bulky items such as skis, snowboards, boots and sport tubes storage systems. Due to the excess handling charges from shipping companies, we offer a single service and use our express courier FedEx or UPS to deliver your goods. This is a signed for service, so please be available to sign for your goods or request delivery to an alternative address.


SHIPPING - FOR YOUR SECURITY

We may undertake additional security checks before shipping goods to you. This is for our customer's protection from any potential fraud, and thank you for your understanding.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship overseas, please select your country in the shopping basket, and the shipping price will be calculated for you based on the weight and size of the product. We will then verify the shipping with the courier. Please note skis and items over 1.5 metres long will be subject to us using UPS couriers to ensure safe delivery. There may be an additional cost for this, and we will advise you before processing your order.
