Katie is based 10 minutes from Edge & Wax and Horsham in Lower Beeding, and offers full physiotherapy services specialising in sports injuries and spinal pain. Regularly bolting Scott here back together, she obviously has the patience of a saint. Katie applies a variety of techniques to help with your issues, and also offers comprehensive stretching and strength building excercises from an extensive library which are emailed to you, so you can download them and never forget to do them again! Selecting the right physiotherapist is key to full rehabilitation, and with many of Katie’s family being avid skiers, no ski or snowboard injury will surprise her.

We have been using this site for years, and use it in our ski and snowboard workshop when selecting the correct hot wax for waxing bases.
They usually have some great subscription deals when you buy one of their t-shirts or calendars too. We like the fact the reports are up to 9 days, there are web cam links, and historical snow if you are a member.
