Here at Edge & Wax we wish you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, please feel free to return your goods within 28 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Any item (with the exception of food, videos, DVD’s,software, used items) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned unused with its original packaging and a copy of or the original invoice. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid copy or original receipt. We will process any refund using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase. Debit & Credit Card Refunds can take up to 5 working days, even if we process them immediately. This delay is down to your individual bank or credit card company and not due to delays in our refunding you. Paypal refunds normally take around 5 working days, and is controlled by Paypal.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely, so we suggest using registered post, and if the item is being returned for refund or exchange, it must be in a saleable condition in the original packaging and including all contents and tags. 4). Skis must be wrapped to the same standard that they were delivered in, to prevent any damage to the skis. Remember, you are responsible for the safe return of the package! Skis that have had the bindings DRILLED and/or mounted are effectively determined as used, as they have been set to your specific boot sole length and therefore we cannot subsequently resell them. We can consider a refund skis on a rail based system as these can be reset. Skis that have been waxed are also deemed as used. Please note: Depending on the reasons for returning an item a charge may be incurred for arranging a courier.
