We are very lucky here at Edge & Wax, as we have such great customers, many of whom become great friends.

Some of them wanted to let us know of their experiences, and suggested we have a testimonial page, so here it is. Just like any other small business trying to give the best levels of service possible, it is always great to have feedback - both good and bad, and it makes us the better for it.

Thanks for sorting out the Hestra gloves special order.  The gloves arrived last week, and my sons are very pleased with their 3 finger gloves as they think they now resemble The Penguin, from Batman.  I’m also very pleased with my orange army leather heli-ski gloves, although I did not appreciate just how ‘orange’ they would be. At least I’ll never lose them in the snow. Please put me down as a happy customer, and I’ll look forward with doing business with you again.

Hi Scott, thought I liked to keep you in the picture regarding my Skis and boots after a week of great skiing in Italy, on the border with Switzerland. The K2 skis have been an inspiration to my skiing and for the first time enabled me to perform 100%, the boots gave me a little grief before I found the correct usage and they preformed again at 100%. The holiday was so much fun and has rated as in the top 5 skiing holidays taken, so a big thank you for your help, knowledge and understanding, see you soon.

I left it a bit late to get some wax & a ski iron before my daughter left for a school ski trip (she leaves tomorrow - Friday). I forgot to ask the in-laws to bring some back from the Alps last week.

A quick Google found Edge & Wax, and they had the iron, scraper and wax here by the next day. Excellent service. The Postie did his bit as I had put a note on the door, to ask for it to be left behind the house. It all worked out perfectly. Thanks.

Tonight's job............ waxing several sets of skis :)

I would just like to pass on my appreciation to your staff and company for such a helpful, speedy service. I placed the above order over the phone last week - 24th Feb for a pair of Schöffel ski pants, the person who answered the phone was extremely helpful with my initial query and guided me to the correct product. (I had recently experienced a problem order with another company due to inaccurate advice!) The gentleman on the phone helped with my query, took and processed my order with speed and I have today taken deliver of the item - which I am extremely pleased with.

Living at a BFPO address, it is often difficult to get companies to post goods to us and then the delay time is often unbelievable. So once again, thank you for your help and please pass this on to the staff member if they can be identified from the invoice number, and look forward to dealing with you again in the future. I was totally amazed this morning at 10.30 when the postie arrived... WITH THE MITTS!!! I cannot thank you enough.. My husband was delighted with his pressie... When riding his bike (bicycle!) has been wearing a pair of motorbike mitts made in 1961 and they are full of holes so not wa any more but I've not been able to find motorbike mitts anywhere and your ski mitts were my last chance. And they arrived on his birthday, less than 18 hours after we spoke and it's over 600 miles away so thank you VERY much indeed.
